This Privacy Policy sets out enevi's commitment to protecting the privacy of your personal information that is collected through our website, online applications or directly from you.

Where your query is complex, please allow up to 14 days. You agree for enevi to pass on any costs to retrieve the information.
Should you wish to make a complaint about the management of your personal information, please contact enevi in writing. enevi will endeavour to respond within seven days upon receipt of your concern. A final decision on your complaint will be made within 30 days.
