What do I need to do before charging?

Download the enevi app. Available on the App Store and Google Play . Create an account. Sign up and complete registration. Add a payment method (optional). Payments are handled by Stripe and all major cards are accepted. Add an RFID card (optional). Add it under RFID Cards in the left nav.

How do I charge my car?

Accepted Answer

Using the mobile app Connect the cable to your vehicle. If using your own cable, connect it to the charger. Open the app. Tap the QR icon in the bottom nav and scan the station QR code, or enter the ID manually. Press Start Charging. Using an RFID card Swipe to start, and swipe again to stop. Charging stops automatically when complete, or press STOP in the app.

How can I check what charge plug is available at the station?

Open the app and select the station on the map. It shows the address, plug type(s), cost (if applicable) and availability.

How do I add my credit card to the app?

Open the left nav from the top left. Next to "Pay via", select +. Follow the steps to add a card. Multiple cards can be added.

What does it cost to charge my car?

It depends on the station. Select the station on the map. Pull up the info at the bottom of the screen. Select a station for pricing details.

Why won't the enevi app let me start charging?

Accepted Answer

A previous session may be active or unpaid. Access may be restricted. There may be a temporary connection issue.

How can I remove my enevi account?

Tap the menu icon. Select your account profile. Tap Remove account.

I'm seeing 'Doesn't match the charging point in the network.' What does this mean?

The charger may be for private use, may not be enabled yet, or you may need access first. Contact technical support or email support@enevi.com.au .

Where can I check my charging history and account balance?

In the app menu, under Balance and Charging History.

How long will it take to charge my vehicle?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your battery size, the vehicle's maximum charge rate, and the charger's output. Your vehicle only draws up to its supported maximum. Some models support AC up to 7kW, others 11kW. DC speeds vary from around 150kW up to 280kW.

What if a vehicle is blocking the charging space?

enevi does not manage parking enforcement. EV-only parking is the property owner or site operator's responsibility, so contact the venue directly.

What do I do if my charger has a fault indicator or error message?

What cable do I need to charge?

Accepted Answer

All DC chargers come with cables. Some AC chargers require your own cable. Check the enevi app for specific stations.
