How can I access the mobile app?

The mobile app is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play store. Simply search for 'enevi' or use the links provided.

Do I need to create a log in? 

No, basic information such as the map is available without a log in. You will need to create a log in, or receive a log in, to view Private chare points.

There are no chargers showing in the map, help!

Simply refresh the app - this can be done by removing the enevi app from the background of your mobile. If this doesn't fix the problem, try deleting the app and re-installing it through the app store.
